Meaningful learning for a world in transformation
BETTER LEARNING OUTCOMES FROM A PERSONALISED AND MEANINGFUL EDUCATION
At Montessori Córdoba, we provide a personalised education catering to each child’s unique needs and interests. Our tailored study plans ensure that no two children’s school days looks the same, this fosters constant development and progress. With our educators’ expert guidance and support, children grow and learn at their own pace, setting them on the path to becoming confident and capable adults in the future.
AN EDUCATION BASED ON SCIENTIFIC EVIDENCE AND PEDAGOGICAL RESEARCH
The Montessori methodology was established over a hundred years ago, and its implementation has steadily grown in all corners of the globe ever since. Based on scientific observations of human development, Montessori’s insights continue to be supported by the field of neuroscience. The methodology has stood the test of time, proving its credibility and relevance to child development. It is considered by educational leaders to be a highly rigorous educational methodology, aside from passing educational trends.
A HEALTHY AND SUPPORTIVE SCHOOL COMMUNITY
At our school, we create learning spaces that allow children of varying ages to come together and learn side-by-side. The older children act as mentors and examples for the younger ones, who feel motivated, inspired, and supported in their personal growth by older, more experienced classmates. Our teachers lead by example, showing how respect, self-control, and effective conflict-resolution practices create a safe, predictable, and harmonious environment that is conducive to learning. Our students look forward to coming to school and have close, mutually respectful, and long-lasting relationships with their teachers. They feel appreciated as individuals who bring unique qualities and contributions to their school community.
PREPARING OUR STUDENTS FOR INTERNATIONAL CITIZENSHIP
Language immersion in English throughout the school day in the infant stage and during 70-80% of the school day in the primary stage ensures natural and fluid bilingualism, ease, and confidence in communicating in Spanish and English above and beyond CEFR levels or Cambridge certifications. The international team and curriculum open children’s experiences to the world beyond Córdoba and Spain, developing the confidence to adapt and flourish in diverse linguistic and cultural contexts.
LAYING THE FOUNDATIONS OF RESPONSIBILITY AND RESPECT
Under the guidance of our teachers, students take responsibility for their own education. Carefully designed support frameworks are removed one by one as each child demonstrates their capacity to work independently. They quickly understand that learning and curiosity contribute significantly to their growth and well-being. Over the years, children learn the importance of balancing all areas of learning for comprehensive and harmonious development. Respect is the foundation of community, healthy self-discipline, and peaceful coexistence.

We pay close attention to every detail, such as the teaching materials, the organisation of the room, the functionality of each object and even the vocabulary and gestures used by our teachers. These classrooms provide a complete linguistic immersion experience in the English language. Here, children learn to speak, read, and write in English.

ELEMENTARY
At our school, we have three Elementary classrooms. These spaces cater to the educational needs of children between the ages of six and twelve. They are inspiring environments equipped with all the necessary learning opportunities and materials for students to explore a huge variation of centres of interest, such as the universe, life, and different societies, alongside the areas where they dedicate time each day to mathematics and language skills development. Our Elementary classrooms are bilingual spaces, with 70-80% of the instruction delivered in English and the remaining portion in Spanish.
